The Fashion Class in Virginia Beach is a creative sewing and fashion design studio where kids and teens learn to design, sew, and bring their ideas to life.
Our programs combine hands-on sewing instruction with creativity, confidence-building, and an introduction to the exciting world of fashion. •Ages 2-4: Toddler crafts and easy hand sewing

•Ages 7-12: Fashion design and sewing (with a fashion show)

Designed for kids, The Fashion Class welcomes beginners and experienced young designers alike. No prior sewing experience is required, our expert instructors guide students step-by-step as they learn how to use sewing machines, work with fabrics, and complete real fashion projects they can proudly take home and wear (and wear in our professional fashion show!)
In addition to weekly sewing classes, The Fashion Class Virginia Beach offers school holiday camps, summer fashion camps, special workshops, and themed events where kids can explore fashion design in new and exciting ways. Our camps often combine sewing with fashion illustration, design challenges, and fun creative activities that give students a broader look at the fashion world. The studio is also a popular destination for birthday parties and private group events. Fashion-themed birthday celebrations allow kids to enjoy a unique and memorable experience where they design and sew their own project with friends. Parties are guided by our instructors and include all materials, making them easy and fun for both kids and parents.
All supplies and sewing machines are provided, making it easy for students to jump right in and start creating. By the end of each class or camp, students leave with projects they designed and sewed themselves, building pride, independence, and confidence along the way.
